Senior Product Designer · UX Lead · AI-assisted Workflows

I design clarity for complex products.

I'm Stephanie Cacheo, a Senior Product Designer and UX Lead. I've spent 10+ years turning complex business needs into clear digital products, with a focus on UX strategy, information architecture, and research, and taking them through to the interface when the project calls for it.

Formerly at Globant · Based in Mexico City · Worked with Coca-Cola FEMSA, LA Clippers / Intuit Dome, Telecom Personal Flow, PetSafe, Mondelez, Bancolombia, and Banco Falabella.

UX depth. Product thinking. Better decisions.

I don't start with screens, but I know how to get there. First I understand the problem: I map flows, define the information architecture, align stakeholders, and turn ambiguity into product direction. Then I take that definition into high-fidelity interface work, ready for development. I use AI to speed up benchmarking, synthesis, and ideation; the final call is still mine.

01

UX Strategy

I go deep into context, user needs, flows, and information architecture before defining the solution.

02

Product Alignment

I connect user needs with business goals, technical constraints, and delivery priorities so teams can move with more clarity.

03

AI-assisted UX

I use tools like Claude, Gemini, Figma Make, and Stitch to accelerate exploration, synthesis, and storytelling without replacing design judgment.

How I move from ambiguity to product clarity

My process follows the Double Diamond, but I adapt it to the reality of each project: business pressure, technical constraints, stakeholder complexity, timelines, and available evidence.

01

Discover

I understand the product context, users, business goals, existing data, constraints, and assumptions before moving into solution mode.

02

Define

I synthesize findings into problem statements, opportunity areas, UX principles, user flows, and information architecture.

03

Develop

I explore solutions through wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, content structure, and feedback loops with stakeholders and teams.

04

Deliver

I document final flows, design rationale, edge cases, validation outcomes, and handoff material so the solution can move forward with clarity.

How I use AI in my process

I run benchmarks, refine content, and explore visual directions with AI before I ever open a design file. It saves hours, but the calls are still mine.

Let's build products that make complexity easier to use.

I'm always open to conversations about UX strategy, product design, and how design helps teams decide better.

Some projects are under NDA: the public version shows curated artifacts and simplified flows. I can share more context in an interview or portfolio review.
